Today at 5:30 p.m. IST, Poco will unveil the Poco F4 5G and the Poco X4 GT. While the Poco F4 5G debut is the event’s major attraction, the X4 GT introduction is also a big deal. On paper, the X4 GT seems to be a powerful and well-equipped vehicle, despite the lack of official confirmation of its specifications and costs.
We take a look at some of the specifics around the impending Poco smartphones’ debut and specifications.
When and where can you see the Poco F4 5G and X4 GT go on sale?
The virtual launch ceremony will be streamed live on YouTube and on Poco’s social media channels starting at 5:30 p.m. IST today, i.e. June 23. Poco’s official website also directs visitors to the launch event.

The Poco F4’s entry-level model, the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage edition, is estimated to cost roughly Rs 28,000 when it launches in India. India’s highest-end model will cost roughly Rs 34000, which includes a 256GB SSD and 12GB RAM. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model will cost roughly Rs. 30,000, making it the most affordable option. In the short term, customers can anticipate steep discounts on all of these products as part of special promotional deals.
As for the X4 GT, the most expensive model would retail for roughly Rs 33,000, while the least expensive model will be available for around Rs 30,000.
The Poco F4 5G and Poco X4 GT will be available for purchase on June 27 and July 4, respectively, according to the firm. The X4 GT will be available in Europe initially, with an Indian release following later.
Specifications of the Poco F4 5G and X4 GT
HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 1,300 nits of peak brightness are all included in the Poco F4 5G’s 6.67-inch OLED E4 display. In addition, it could have some kind of splash resistance. On the side of the phone, there is a fingerprint sensor.
6GB/8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128G256G UFS 3.0 internal storage are included in the package. It comes pre-installed with MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
It boasts a 20MP front-facing camera that can capture video in Full HD. The POCO F4 5G has a 64MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. Video may be recorded in 4K resolution at a frame rate of 30 frames per second using the main camera on the back of the phone.
It contains a 4,500mAh battery and can be charged in 67 seconds thanks to the quick charging capability. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, GPS, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C connector. A Dolby Atmos stereo sound system is also included in the phone.
A full-HD+ display with 144Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision is expected to be included in the X4 GT, on the other hand. As a result, it will include a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor, 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. LiquidCool 3.0 Technology is believed to be included in the phone.
The Poco X4 GT and Poco F4 5G both have a three-camera configuration on the back, but there are a few subtle variances. One of its main features is its f/1.89 lens and 64MP primary sensor. It also includes a smaller 8MP and 2MP sensors for macro photography, and an f/2.2 lens for wide-angle photography. A 20-megapixel camera with an f/2.45 aperture is mounted on the front of the device.
Dual-band Wi-Fi 6, 5G, Bluetooth v5.3, and a USB Type-C connector are all said to be available. A 5,080mAh battery, 67W wired charging, a fingerprint sensor located on the side, Dolby Audio stereo speakers, and AI face unlock are all included in the phone.
