Metropolis of Lyon. Express cycle network: “Naming” provided

Environmentalists are doing a “Rev” (Express Bike Network). At the end of the mandate (2026), around 250 km wide and safe bike paths should therefore be expanded in the metropolis. Together with the presentation of the Rev plan, which is planned for next June, the metropolis has just launched a tender.

The manager seeks advice on “positioning” and “name recommendations”. Is the Rev sponsored by an organic vegetable or hemp brand? The selected advertising agency must also work on the “visual identity of the Rev and its brand”. To the rescue, also to develop “the communication strategy for the start of the Rev, especially for the general public, associations” and “the design / implementation of actions, campaigns and communication media”.

Community costs: € 200,000 excluding taxes.
